What devices support eSIM?

Each phone model has a unique method to verify eSIM compatibility. To ensure your device is ready for eSIM, confirm it is both eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

Here are two ways to check if your device supports eSIM:

1. Click to quickly view eSIM Compatible Devices.

2. Dial *#06# and press call. If an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM.

What is the speed of Sigma Mobile eSIM?

With your eSIM, you can connect at LTE and 5G speeds, just like any local data line. However, in remote areas or places with poor coverage, your mobile might connect at lower speeds. Additionally, different data plans offer varying network speeds. You can find specific information in the Product Specs of each data package. Click to view detailed information about internet speed of your eSIM data plan, including detailed overview of different high-speed data options, and how to manage low-speed data under FUP limits.

Don’t worry. If you cannot find the code, please contact our customer support team service@sigmamobile.com. We will resend you the code via email.

How to check if my iPhone is unlocked?

1. Open "Settings > General > About".

2. Scroll and look for Carrier Lock. Your iPhone is unlocked if No SIM restrictions appear next to Carrier Lock.

How to check if my Android device is unlocked?

Here are two methods to check if your Android device is carrier-unlocked.

1. Contact your Seller / Service Provider

• If you bought your phone directly from a manufacturer like Samsung, it's likely already unlocked.

• If your phone was bought from a telecom provider (e.g., Orange, AT&T, or Movistar), it may be restricted to their network. Contact the provider for confirmation. They can inform you whether your phone is network-locked and assist with unlocking it if necessary.

2. Use another SIM Card

• The simplest method to check your phone's status is to use a SIM card from a friend or family member.

• If you can successfully make a call or send a text with the borrowed SIM, your phone is unlocked.

• If you're unable to make calls or send texts using the new SIM card, this indicates that your phone is tied to your original provider and is not compatible with eSIMs.

How to check remaining data balance of my eSIM plan?

Here are three ways to quickly check your data plan usage:

1. You can also check your remaining data through your device's data settings.

2. If you need further assistance, you can contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
