Can I use eSIM to make calls and send messages?

• Our eSIM primarily provides data services for the country of your destination and does not facilitate local or international calls directly.

• You can make calls through VoIP apps like WhatsApp or Skype, which utilize your data plan.

• For iPhone users, services such as iMessage and Facetime are also accessible via our eSIM.

• In the event that you need to receive text messages from your bank, for instance, for cash withdrawal purposes, we suggest you get in touch with your bank. They can arrange for these messages to be delivered to your email address, ensuring you don't miss any important notifications.

Can I use the same APN settings for different carriers?

No, each carrier has unique APN settings tailored to its network. Using incorrect APN settings can cause connectivity issues, so always use the settings provided by your current carrier.
